Payment Policy:

• More than 15 days to departure -50% of Total Package Cost

• Within 15 days to departure -100% of Total Package Cost

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation stage 31 or more days prior to departure: 50% of package cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation 31 or more days before departure.
  • Cancellation stage within 30 days before departure: 100% of package cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation within 30 days before departure

Refund Policy:

  • All refunds are subject to the cancellation policy.
  • Refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15-30 working days after deducting bank charges, if any.
  • There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. meals, entrance fees, optional tours, transport, sightseeing, missed flights/train journey etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

Standard Terms & Conditions:

  • In case of unavailability in the given hotels, alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
  • A maximum of 3 adults is allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • Booking will only be entertained in case of availability on a D-5 basis.
  • Any amendments in Air tickets like Date Change, Name Change and Change in timings or airlines will lead to penalties as per airline policy.
  • Flight tickets are not blocked at the time of sharing the quote and rates may vary at the time of actual booking (post receiving advance payment), the difference in amount will be borne by the customer.
  • Entrance, Activity, Museum charges, etc. are not included in the package unless specifically stated in the Inclusions section.
  • The package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends (Black Out dates).
  • Any unused services of the package will not be adjusted or refunded.
  • Transportation/Car service will be offered point to point as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis.
  • No rooms are blocked at the time of sharing quote & the same will be confirmed post receiving payments.
  • In case of amendments in the Guest count, there will be a difference in package price per person.
  • Meals other than specified in inclusions above will not be part of the package cost.
  • A/C will not be operational in Hilly areas.
  • In case of natural calamities and force majeure circumstances which lead to a change in itinerary, change in the hotel, and other services the customer will have to bear the cost.
  • Airlines are available with Non-refundable fares which have to be cross-checked with your Sales rep at the time of quotation.
  • Car service will not be provided on leisure days/free days.
  • If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, we will not be held responsible in case of any missing/cancellation or any other changes from the airline’s end.
  • In case of any miss-happening on the ground (Due to transporter/Any third-party operator) we will be there to support you in the best possible way but won’t be held responsible for it.
  • Booking will be non-refundable in case booked within 15 days of departure.
  • Any modification on the tour has to be paid directly to the vendor/hotel before the tour ends.
  • Special payment/cancellation policy will be applicable during peak periods.
